Such an exciting moment in the life of a teacher! I think you're going to love 3rd grade, and your students will love you for sure! It sounds like you're ready, and of course have new and improved ideas you want to put into practice, which is such an important part of teaching! Good luck next year!!!

Theresa @ True Life I'm a Teacher!Theresahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06166416990960797424noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6526658709716076763.post-40206554423304236962014-06-01T19:40:15.667-07:002014-06-01T19:40:15.667-07:00I am envious of the fact that you were able to get...I am envious of the fact that you were able to get rid of your teacher desk! Mine, on the other hand, is built-in! I am so excited for you to be teaching 3rd grade this coming year, I think you will absolutely LOVE it! I just read your comment about the crates and teacher toolkit on my blog. Here is the link to my blog where I posted about my teacher toolkit: http://luckylittlelearners.blogspot.com/2013/07/teacher-toolkit.html As for the crates, I just used a 1/2" piece of plywood (cut to fit). Some lumberyards will even cut that for you if you have dimensions ready for them. Then I used a 1" roll of foam (cut to fit). Then I wrapped the 2 stacked pieces and then used my hubby's staple gum to adhere the fabric to the plywood. It really was pretty easy! Good luck to you!
Mrs. Olson’s Lucky Little LearnersAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06071349471685168229noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6526658709716076763.post-1028914987692370282014-06-01T10:22:43.693-07:002014-06-01T10:22:43.693-07:00I predict you will love 3rd grade.
